- What are your hours?
10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
Our hours occasionally vary based on the Holidays.
- When can I pick up my rental?
Depending on which day your pick-up is scheduled, you can arrive any time between our business hours. Ideally, please arrive prior to 5:00pm for time to load the equipment and complete any necessary paperwork.
- Can I pick up my rental a day early?
Yes, but only when the equipment is available. There is an extra day added to the rental cost for a longer duration. Feel free to check with our staff for availability and price.

- What do you require to reserve the equipment? Do I need to pay a deposit?
Prior to pick-up we'll need full payment, a signed copy of our rental terms, and a copy of your driver's license and credit card. To reserve the equipment we simply need at least 50% payment and a signed copy of our rental terms. The 50% payment acts as a "deposit", however it is not in addition to your rental total - it goes towards it. You're more than welcome to pay the entire balance at once, rather than 50% in advance and the remaining balance at pick-up.
- Does Speaker On A Stick take after hours phone calls?
We do, but you'll have to leave a voicemail (which will forward to our personal phones) for us to know that you've called. You can reach us at (616) 988-9671. Once you leave a voicemail we'll get an email notification and can call you back ASAP.
If you have one of our rental packages and need immediate assistance after hours, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Can I play music from...?
Pretty much any electronic device with an 1/8" (3.5mm) headphone, line out, or similar output jack will work.
- How "easy" is it to set up your speaker packages?
For many of our customers, this is their first time renting and setting up a speaker system. We encourage you to browse the how to section or contact us with any questions you may have.
Online set up instructions are always available and we provide a printed copy of the instructions with every rental. We will even go over setup and operation with you upon picking up the equipment should you have any questions.
